Hand-made variation
Pieces are made by hand and vary in surface finish, oxidation depth and dimension within small tolerances. Baroque pearls vary in shape by nature. Variation of this kind is a characteristic of the work and is not a defect.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Commissioned and personalised pieces made to your specification are excluded from this right, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive.
Returns and faults
Statutory conformity rights apply to every purchase and are not limited by these terms. A manufacturing fault is repaired or replaced at our cost. Damage from wear, impact, or cleaning with abrasives is not a fault — see jewellery care.
Use of the site
You may read and share our guides for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our text or photographs to train commercial machine-learning systems, without written permission.
Intellectual property
Designs, text and photography are ours. The Raiz designs are our original work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
