Questions about a piece, sizing, availability or delivery. Because pieces are made in limited runs, availability changes; if something is not listed, ask, because it may be remakeable.
Repairs and alterations
We repair our own pieces. Ring resizing, chain and clasp replacement, restringing of pearl pieces and re-oxidising of worn finishes are all routine. Send a photograph and a description of what has happened. Repair is almost always preferable to replacement, and we would rather do it.
Commissions
We take a small number of commissions, usually where an existing piece is being reworked or where inherited silver is being remade into something wearable. Tell us what you have and what you want it to become.
Materials and press
If you are writing about recycled silver and want our refiner details, our standard, or a correction to something we have published, this is the address. We answer materials questions even from competitors.
